This organization focused on a community clean up campaign. Clean up initially began behind the slaughter plant and in the downtown alleys. The new kennel location was cleaned, as well as the Pleasant Hill neighborhood, the creek south of the gin and the triangulate south of the Compress. Donations from organizations and individuals have been used to fund the clean-up. The City of Paducah and Cottle County have also contributed to the clean-up. Progress is being made in developing and designing a brochure to create awareness and interest in Paducah. Different types of businesses and industries continue to seek information about the community. Leaders are interested in recruiting more businesses and families to the area. Membership is open to Cottle County and surrounding area organizations with a vested interest in the well-being of the community. Meetings are held the 1st and 4th Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. at the Paducah Community Center.

We hope you enjoy what we have done and will be looking forward to what’s to come. We are still working on the sight, figuring out what works and what doesn’t. One of those things is the way will we monitor the blogs that are added to the sight.
